Project Particulars: Formerly housing the Peters Ice Cream factory, West Village is a master planned urban community boasting 1,350 apartments, a 4,500sqm supermarket, 500sqm of community facilities, a 450-space public car park and parking for 1,600 bicycles. The first stage includes two brand new residential buildings comprising of 342 apartments, parking and a shopping precinct.
