Project Particulars: Developed and constructed by our valued clients Halikos, Tensioned Concrete was engaged to undertake the design and construction of the 16 level C2 Novotel situated on the picturesque ‘esplanade’ in the Darwin CBD, one of our first projects major in the NT, C2 was constructed at break neck pace and changed the perception on how multi level buildings could be built in the NT.
